Description

Put IPX traction to work on your next job.

Choose the IPX Z-lug rubber track for New Holland C190. Its tread provides ground engagement for pushing, turning and carrying loads, while internal steel reinforcement helps the track maintain its shape under working loads.

From the outer tread to the metal drive cores, each layer has a job to do: manage flex, cushion contact and transfer power through the track. Choose IPX for reinforced construction, help from our team and warranty support behind your purchase.

Sold individually. For a replacement pair, select a quantity of two.

Why Choose IPX Rubber Tracks?

Reinforced construction. Stock held by IPX. Support behind your purchase.

  1. Working traction

IPX tread patterns provide ground engagement for pushing, turning and carrying loads.

  2. Flex management

Intermediate rubber accommodates repeated bending around sprockets and idlers.

  3. Core protection

Steel-core rubber cushions embedded metal components and distributes stress around them.

  4. Controlled roller contact

Roller-side rubber cushions contact between the track and undercarriage rollers.

  5. Tensile reinforcement

Steel cords strengthen your IPX track longitudinally, helping resist elongation under load.

  6. Positive power transfer

Metal drive cores engage with the sprocket to transmit drive force through the track.

  7. Shipped from IPX stock

We hold our own stock and ship directly from our warehouses, with support from the team supplying your tracks.

IPX Global rubber-track warranty

New compact-track-loader rubber tracks purchased from IPX Global are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from purchase or 1,000 operating hours, whichever comes first.

For approved defects arising within the first three months, IPX covers replacement and related shipping. After that, compensation is prorated to the remaining coverage, as a refund or credit toward a replacement. When less than half the coverage remains, the customer pays freight unless otherwise agreed. Contact IPX to confirm freight arrangements before returning anything.

Normal wear, improper installation, worn undercarriage, debris damage and operator misuse are excluded.

To claim, contact IPX with your order details, purchase date, operating hours, track serial number, and photographs of the fault and undercarriage, including sprockets. Keep the track available for assessment.

This warranty applies to rubber tracks, not rollers, idlers or sprockets. Non-defective returns remain subject to the separate returns policy. Applicable statutory rights are unaffected.

Questions about this rubber track

Practical guidance for New Holland C190 Rubber Track 450x86x55. Use the specifications above for the recorded dimensions and references.

What else should I inspect before fitting this rubber track?

Inspect the sprocket teeth, rollers and idlers for damage or uneven wear before installing a new track. Worn undercarriage components can damage the replacement track. Resolve the cause of any repeated derailment or abnormal wear using the machine service instructions.

Do the OEM references mean this is a genuine machine-manufacturer part?

No. This is an aftermarket listing sold by IPX Global. The OEM references help identify the part being replaced; they are not a claim of manufacture or endorsement by the machine brand. If an OEM number has been superseded, confirm the replacement reference before ordering.

Can I mix tread patterns on the two sides of my machine?

Do not assume that different tread patterns or wear levels can be mixed. Differences can affect how the machine travels and turns. Check the machine manufacturer’s guidance and compare the condition of both tracks before choosing the replacement arrangement.

How should I set track tension after replacement?

Use the tension measurement and procedure specified for your exact machine and operating condition. A general track size does not determine the correct tension. Follow the manufacturer’s inspection interval and recheck as instructed after fitting.

What should I check when the replacement arrives?

Before fitting, compare the delivered item with the listing and the removed component. Check the stock code, mounting arrangement and any stated dimensions. Keep the packaging and contact IPX Global if anything differs; do not install a part that has not been confirmed as suitable.
