Return & Refund Policy

IPX Global (USA)

At IPX Global, we supply rubber tracks, undercarriage components, and compact track loader parts. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be approved by IPX Global before any item is shipped back.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and not installed
  • The item must be in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order number or invoice, is required

Parts that have been installed, fitted, modified, damaged during installation, or used are not eligible for return unless confirmed defective by IPX Global or the manufacturer.

Change of Mind, Incorrect Orders, or Wrong Size Ordered

If a return is requested because the wrong item, size, specification, or part number was ordered, or because the item is no longer required, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable for customer-error or change-of-mind returns.

A 20% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns, including returns for incorrect ordering, incorrect size selection, or items no longer required.

Due to the size and weight of rubber tracks and undercarriage parts, return freight, pallet shipping, or commercial carrier collection may be required.

How to Start a Return

To request a Return Authorization (RA), contact: sales@ipxglobal.com

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Responsibility

If the return is due to:

  • Incorrect item ordered by the customer
  • Incorrect size, specification, or part number selected by the customer
  • Item no longer needed
  • Change of mind

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to:

  • Incorrect item shipped by IPX Global
  • Shipping damage reported within the required timeframe
  • Confirmed manufacturing defect

IPX Global will arrange return shipping or provide a prepaid label, where applicable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographs of the product, packaging, pallet, and shipping label
  • Keep all packaging until the claim has been reviewed

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may limit claims with carriers.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Special order or non-stock items
  • Custom manufactured or modified parts
  • Installed, fitted, used, or damaged components, unless confirmed defective
  • Parts damaged during installation or misuse
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Hazardous materials or fluids

If you are unsure about fitment, compatibility, track size, machine model, or part number, please contact us before ordering.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To receive a different item:

  1. Request return authorization
  2. Return the original item, if eligible
  3. Place a new order

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is up to 10 business days
  • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an IPX Global error or confirmed defect
  • Applicable restocking fees may be deducted from the refund
  • Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact: sales@ipxglobal.com
